今天参加了Google开发者日大会，去的人挺多的，感觉场地有点小，稍微有点乱，茶歇和午餐感觉很一般，午餐混了个饱而已。

今天主要听了Google地图API的课程，也有些小收获吧。关于Google地图API的内容放在下篇文章中和大家一起分享。这里主要和大家分享一下Google的十大原则。

以前只听说过Google有不作恶（Don't Do Evil）这条原则，发现原来Google还有个十大原则。

十大原则简介：

1. Focus on the user and all else will follow.
2. It’s best to do one thing really, really well.
3. Fast is better than slow.
4. Democracy on the web works.
5. You don’t need to be at your desk to need an answer.
6. You can make money without doing evil.
7. There’s always more information out there.
8. The need for information crosses all borders.
9. You can be serious without a suit.
10. Great just isn’t good enough. 

在这10条中，我最欣赏的是第二条，It's best to do one thing really, really well. 将一件事情做到极致，那么你才能有所倚靠。互联网上面老大和老二其实差距很大。这种例子很多，搜索领域Google，B2C的淘宝，即时通讯的QQ，微博的weibo，等等。
